Toys!

I'm making a small run of plush toys that will be up for sale in my Etsy shop: (http://www.etsy.com/shop/mutantkitten). Just a few little characters that I've designed :) This is just an in progress pic. When I finally stock the shop, I'll make another announcement here. Stay tuned!

Babies everywhere!

...well, just one really. I'm now an Aunt! My brother and his wife recently brought a lovely baby boy into this world, and they asked me to help with baby shower card designs and nursery decor. So I drew for them a VW bus... because when you think of babies, you think of VW buses, right? ;) Nah, they actually have a beachy theme going on in the nursery, so the surfboards tie it together. I never draw cars, but I tried my best!

The photograph is of a wall hanging painted in acrylic, with the colors adjusted to fit in with the bedroom. It's about 30"x45" on plywood.

So fancy!

I fancified a boring wooden box with a dragon! Everything is fancier when it's decorated with a cute dragon ;)
Painted with acrylics... the lid is 6.5"x4.5"

Skateboard deck painting

I bought this blank skateboard back when I was in the fourth grade, and I've just now taken the time to paint it. Sheesh... so lazy! ;)
It's acrylic on an old Z-Flex blank deck with one tail, old skool 80's style. Made for hanging, not for riding!
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet.
